Our beloved son, brother and uncle, Joe Ross Ulibarri, returned to his Heavenly-Father, June 20, 1998, in Hawaii.
Born July 12, 1937 at Tiffany, Colorado, he graduated from Carbon High School and entered the U.S. Navy July 1, 1957. He retired from the Navy with an Honorable Discharge October 11, 1997, and made his home in Hawaii.Preceded in death by his father, Andy B. Ulibarri. Survived by his mother, Rose M. Ulibarri; brother, Raymond (Cyndi); sisters, Lydia (Raul) Franco, Deena (Manuel) Amador, Alyce Silva; and brother-in-law, Lee Silva. Also numerous nieces and nephews.
He was a loving and kind man who will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 715 West 300 North, where friends may visit Thursday, one hour prior to Mass. Committal, Utah Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 South Camp Williams Road.
