A St. George man was killed in a rollover Wednesday night approximately one mile south of Leeds on I-15 in Washington County.
Killed was:Michael Paul Thomas Jr., 21, St. George.
Utah Highway Patrol reports say Thomas was driving at a high rate of speed when he lost control of his vehicle at 10:20 p.m. Thomas, who was not wearing a seat belt, was thrown from the sport-utility vehicle as it rolled into the median and landed upside down.

Thomas was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
