Timothy Isaac Richards, age 94 died August 10, 1998 in Salt Lake City.
Born November 10, 1903 in Pleasant Grove, Utah, to George Fredrick and Ada Madua Allridge Richards. Married Jennie Adams, she preceded him in death in 1972. Married Dorothy Gillespie Nelson in 1974.Worked for Salt Lake County Sheriff's Dept. as a Deputy for many years. Was a miner and baseball player in Tintic in his earlier years.
Survived by wife; son and daughter, Ray (Stell) Richards, and Fern (Reese) Jameson; step-sons and step-daughters, Kent (Jeannine) Nelson, Ron (Norma) Nelson, Terry (Chyrle) Nelson, Wendy Nelson; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held Saturday 11 a.m. at the Elysian Burial Gardens, 4580 So. 1100 East. Friends may call Saturday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State St.
