A Layton man was critically injured when he was ejected from his vehicle in a two-car accident Thursday evening.

Ryan Kearl, 19, Layton, was westbound on Antelope Drive about 10 p.m. Thursday when the car he was driving collided with another car at the intersection of Antelope Drive and Hillfield Road (2000 N. 400 West). Kearl was ejected from the vehicle. He was taken by medical helicopter to University Medical Center, where he remains in critical condition.The driver and passenger of the other vehicle were transported by ambulance to Davis Hospital, where they were treated and released.
