Michael J. Fox has soaked up some real city hall atmosphere that might come in handy for his TV series. This time, the subject was marriage.

Fox, who plays a deputy mayor on "Spin City," went to New York City Hall on Tuesday to watch Mayor Rudolph Giuliani officiate at a wedding.

"He takes it very seriously," Fox told the Daily News.

The wedding was for two of Fox's friends, Danelle Black and John Fortenberry. Black is head of Fox's production company, and Fortenberry directs for television.

ROCKER ZEVON SIGNS ON FOR VENTURA'S BIG BASH

Add rocker Warren Zevon to the list of performers for Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura's inaugural bash.

Zevon canceled four concerts in order to perform "Lawyers, Guns and Money" at the Jan. 16 party at the Target Center in Minneapolis, the Star Tribune reported Thursday. The tune is apparently a favorite of Ventura's.

Other performers at the sold-out inaugural party include Jonny Lang and Delbert McClinton.

The 13,800 tickets available for the party were gone in just more than a day.

TILLIS FETES HAIRDRESSER WHO DOUBLES AS HER SHRINK

Country singer Pam Tillis says her hairdresser does more than her hair. He listens.

"I don't have time to go to a therapist, so I really love Earl," she said Tuesday. Earl is Earl Cox, her hairdresser. "He's so much fun," Tillis told The Tennessean. "You feel like you can talk to him."
