Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Dorothy F. Johnson, age 91, passed away October 17, 1999 of causes incident to age.
Born Oct. 13, 1908, Salt Lake City, Utah to Benjamin and Florence Atkinson. Married Edwin B. Johnson on Oct. 23, 1930, Salt Lake City. Later Solemnize in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He preceded her in death Feb. 27, 1977.Active member of the LDS Church. Dorothy was a wonderful mother and talented homemaker.
Survived by three sons, Edwin B. (Barbara), Bountiful; Raymond D. (Marge), Salt Lake; Chris Morgan, Salt Lake; two daughters, Florence (Richard) Compton, Salt Lake; Elaine (Emil) Mondelo, Los Angeles; daughter-in-law, Shirley Johnson, Reno; 26 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and eight great great-grandchildren; three sisters and one brother. Preceded in death by son Eugene Johnson, grandson, Duane Johnson and great grandson, Danny Lukes, Jr.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Oct. 22, 1999, 11 a.m. at the Cannon Mortuary, 2460 E. Bengal Blvd., (7600 South) where friends may call from 10-10:45 a.m. Interment Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
