Landon Clarke Hughes, son of Alan Clarke and Dayna Poulsen Hughes of Elk Ridge, passed back into the presence of his Father in Heaven on Monday, October 25, 1999 at Primary Childrens Hospital surrounded by his family. He was 13 months old.
Landon was born September 21, 1998 in Orem, Utah and was a miracle baby in all respects. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all those who enjoyed his sweet smile and baby blue eyes. Sweet Gummy, we loved being your parents.Survivors include: his parents, two sisters, Lauren and Mallory, all of Elk Ridge; aunts and uncles, Ken and Julie Hughes, Russ and Lisa Benson, Jon and Jennifer Seamons, all of Logan; Evan and Terisa Gabrielsen, Todd and Monica Poulsen, Mike and Tina Poulsen, all of Salt Lake; grandparents, Golda Hughes and Trevor Hughes, both of Logan; Jim and LuAnn Campbell, of Ukiah, California. He was loved by many cousins and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jim Poulsen.
Funeral services will be Thursday, October 28, 1999, 12 noon, in the Elk Ridge 3rd LDS Ward Chapel, 259 Alpine Drive. Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary, 587 South 100 West, Payson, Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. or at the church Thursday, 10:30-11:45 a.m. Burial will be in the Salem, Utah Cemetery.
