William James Dryer, age 84, passed away peacefully on Oct. 2, 1999 due to heart failure at a local hospital.
Born October 18, 1914 in New York, New York to William Joseph and Anna Garbos Sienkiewicz. Married the love of his life, Eva E. Antanaitis on December 7, 1940. He worked for the government as a meat inspector during World War II and as a butcher following the war. He loved fishing.Survived by his wife, Eva; son, William James and his wife, Melvina Dryer; granddaughter, Tammy Dryer. Preceded in death by a son, Rev. Richard Allen Dryer.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, Oct. 5, 1999, 11 a.m. at St. Vincent Catholic Church, 1375 E. Spring Ln., where friends may call Monday evening from 6-7 p.m. with a Rosary at 7 p.m. Interment, Murray City Cemetery. Directors, Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary.
