Our loving daughter, wife, sister, auntie, cousin, friend, Edris Faamalepeaiga Tuia Darnell, 20, passed away November 1, 1999 at her home in West Valley City.

She was born March 17, 1979 in Apia Upolu, West Samoa, moved to America when she was two years old. She attended Longfellow Elementary, Los Angelos, California; Whittier Elementary, Salt Lake City; West Lake Junior High, Salt Lake City; and Granger High, Salt Lake City. She married Dallas Darnell, May 22, 1999 in West Valley, Utah.She is survived by her husband, Dallas Darnell; parents, Poufitu and Fiapaipai Tuia; sisters and brothers, Ruth (Ioane) Nautu, Caroline (Johnny)B. Blackmon, Dwane Lilomaiava (Darylynn) Tuia, Murray Tuia, Lavern Tuia, George Mulivai Tuia; grandma, Nora Brown Leleisiuao, Auckland, New Zealand; aunties and uncles, Auckland, New Zealand, Samoa, Australia and Hawaii; also her nephews and nieces, cousins; step-daughter, Niki, which was her life and her best friends Dinni and Lona. Preceded in death by her brother, Junior Poufitu Tuia; sister, Ardis Elisapeta Tuia; Grandpa Tuia Iosefa and Grandma Faalevela Tuia; Grandpa So'onalote Leleisuao.

Services will be Monday, November 15, 1999, 11 a.m., at the Granger 3rd Building, 3935 West 2925 South. Friends may call on Sunday, November 14, 1999, 5:30 p.m. and one hour prior the service at the Church. Funeral Directors: Memorial Estates Mortuary.
