PHOENIX (AP) -- For now, the golf course at the Pueblo El Mirage RV Resort and Country Club has a 19th hole, courtesy of the Air Force.

Norm Cox and his friends had just teed off at the 17th fairway when they heard the approaching fighter. Planes routinely drop practice bombs at the Barry M. Goldwater Air Force Range, near the golf course."We saw something coming off the wing and had no idea what it was," Cox said. "It was just tumbling through the air."

The 25-pound bomb landed about 75 yards away , sending a cloud of dust and smoke into the air. No one was injured, and the course was evacuated while the unarmed device was removed.
