Arthur H. (Joe) Holloway, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on March 4, 1999, at the age of 72 of cancer.
Joe was born in Diboel, Texas, August 21, 1926, to Arthur H. And Maude W. Holloway. He married Lois Jean Cooper on December 31, 1947, in Salt Lake City, Ut.He served in the U.S. Navy from 1945-1949. He worked in TV Electronics and parts until his retirement from Cowley Distributing in August of 1991.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years; two daughters, JoLyn (Larry), Kristeen (Brian); four sons, Terry (Stephanie), Michael (Christine), Brad (Denise), Richard (Lisa); 11 grandchildren; two sisters; one brother; mother-in-law, Alyce Cooper; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Preceded in death by his parents; and one grandson, Brandon.
The family would like to thank the Doctors and the people from Hospice for the kindness and love shown to us in hard times.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 8, 1999 at 3 pm, at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery/Mortuary, 10600 South 1700 East, Sandy, where friends and family may call one hour prior to the services.
