FJCandN, a Salt Lake-based advertising, marketing and public relations agency, has undertaken some personnel changes. Jen Gould has been promoted to assistant office manager; Matt Manfull has been promoted to art director; and Nicole Green has been promoted to account planner.The Dairy Council of Utah has hired Kirstie Jorgensen as office manager.

Melissa Smith has been hired as a senior corporate travel consultant at Christopherson Business Travel's on-site office located at Evans & Sutherland in Salt Lake City.

Faun Pendleton has been named operations and service officer in the Merchant Sales Department of Zions Bank.

Advanced Systems Group has made two personnel changes. Ronnie Rosenberg has been appointed account executive. He will manage the sales of UNIX-based hardware, software and services with Utah education accounts. David Brown has been appointed to the position of systems consultant. He will be responsible for pre-sales technical support for Fortune 1000 commercial accounts in the Salt Lake City metropolitan area.

Larry H. Miller Sports & Entertainment has made a number of personnel changes throughout several of its divisions. Dale Harvey has been named general manager of the Mayan Restaurant and the MegaPlex 17 at Jordan Commons in Sandy. Mark Stedman has been named vice president of the Delta Center Food Services. Kim Free has joined the Utah Starzz as director of operations. Additionally, Graham Jones is the Delta Center's new director of catering; Larry Baum has been named vice president of sales at KJZZ-TV; Chris Baum has been named general sales manager at KJZZ-TV; Chad Curtis has joined KJZZ as a local sales account executive; Chris Harris has joined Jazz Productions as a reporter producer; and Mindy Hughes has been named advertising coordinator/director of the Jazz 100 Club for the Utah Jazz.

EURO RSCG/DSW Partners (DSW Partners) has promoted Anneliese Shapiro from account supervisor to global account director.

The Employer Solutions Group has made several personnel changes. Jill Best has been named a reconciliation specialist; Jennifer LeDoux has been appointed accountant; Jay Cheesman has been named regional sales director; and Robert Clarke has been appointed payroll manager.

Stoel Rives, one of the largest law firms in the Intermountain and Northwest regions, has elected Martin Banks as a partner in the firm. Prior to joining the firm in 1994, he was a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice.
