Wilford Leslie (Les) Neves, known by his boyhood friends as "Tuffy", beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, went home to his Heavenly Parents on May 18, 1999.

He is survived by wife, Gloria Gay Nuttall Neves; 12 children, 40 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, three sisters and is preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, and one grandson.An Eagle Scout, BYU grad, and Airborne combat soldier in the Pacific Theatre of World War II, he was an active member of the LDS Church serving in numerous callings, including a Family History mission and assignments as an ordinance worker at the St. George and Mt. Timpanogos Temples.

Funeral services will be held Sat, May 22, 1999 at 2 p.m., Highland 15th/18th Ward Chapel, 5212 W. Country Club Drive, Highland. Friends may call Fri evening, 6-8 p.m. at Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove and at the church Sat one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery. Military Rites will be conducted by District IV of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
