RICHMOND, UT--Dean Edwin Smith, 84, passed away Thursday, June 10, 1999, at the Logan Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Logan.
Funeral services will be at noon on Tuesday, June 15, 1999, in the Richmond Fourth Ward Chapel, 150 S. 1st E., Richmond, with Bishop Keith Ward conducting. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Monday at Webb Funeral Home, 109 E. Oneida, Preston, and from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Interment will be in the Richmond Cemetery.
