Leta Marilyn Haddock Crutchfield, died June 14, 1999.
Daughter of Luey and Genevieve Welch Haddock, was born in Meeker Colorado on July 15, 1933. She spent her formative years in Vernal and Roosevelt, Utah. Graduated from Roosevelt High School and attended Grand Canyon College, Phoenix, Arizona. Married Keith I. Crutchfield in Elko, Nevada on September 9, 1955. He died on August 31, 1993.Past Department Commander Disabled American Veterans. Volunteer Veterans Administration Medical Center. Retired accountant Community Service Council.
Survived by nieces and nephews.
