FRUITLAND, UTAH--Karl Woodard, 84, passed away June 20, 1999 in Provo, Utah.
Born October 13, 1914 to William W. and Millie Ann White Woodard. Married Olive Mecham August 1, 1933. He was a Journeyman plumber, Jack of all trades, Master of most.Survived by Olive Woodard; daughter, Velma (Lenny) Feragen, Riverton, UT; grandson Steve; granddaughter Rhonda Feragen; great-granddaughter, Megann Feragen; great grandsons, Tanner and Hayden Waters; sister, Hazel L. Wiley-Barclay, Deming, NM; brother, Willis (Margene) Woodard, Provo, UT; many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by parents; five brothers; foursisters; grandson, Troy Feragen; great-granddaughter, Kayle Jay Waters.
