MIDWAY--Kenneth Young Sessions, 72, died June 23, 1999 in a Provo Hospital of natural causes.
He was born August 11, 1926 in Park City, Utah, a son of Adolphie R. and Chloe Young Sessions. He married Marjorie Greenwood June 10, 1954 in Elko, NV. She preceded him in death. He attended Park City High School. Was a veteran of World War II. Worked in the Park City Mines and retired from the Post Office in Park City. Loved reading, his dog Sarge and visiting with friends and family. Resided in Park City and later retired in Midway.He is survived by his children: Nancy (Gene) Swena, Las Vegas, NV; Mike (Jeanne) McKissick, Riverton; Pat (Linda) McKissick, Salt Lake City; Susan (Steve) Gurule, Provo. 11 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He is also survived by brothers and sisters: Bernard Sessions of Salt Lake City; Boyd Sessions of Taylorsville; Evelyn Price of Park City; Maxine Kummer of Salt Lake City and Barbara Jolley of Heber City. Preceded in death by brother and sisters: LeRoy Sessions, Reba Shields, Violet Terry, Sarah Beckstead, Lila Jolley and Nina Mair.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 26, 1999 at 10 a.m. at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park (3401 So. Highland Dr., enter from 3300 S.) in Salt Lake City. Friends and family may call Friday 6-8 p.m. at Olpin-Hoopes Funeral Home (288 N. Main) in Heber City.
