3.5 tremor gives Park City and S.L. area a minor shaking

PARK CITY -- A 3.5 magnitude earthquake hit the Park City area at 9:27 a.m. Wednesday, the University of Utah seismograph stations reported.

The epicenter of the shock was located four miles west of Park City, said Sue Nava, manager for the seismograph network.The quake, considered to be minor, was felt throughout the Park City area and Salt Lake Valley.
