ORIENTAL SALAD DRESSING
1/4 cup orange juice1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
Whisk together all the ingredients and serve. Makes 3/4 cup.

YOGURT CURRY DRESSING
3/4 cup yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon honey or sugar
1/4 cup buttermilk
salt and pepper to taste
Whisk together all the ingredients and serve. Makes 1 cup.

2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice

2 tablespoons grated lemon rind
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
Combine all ingredients and blend until well-mixed. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
