Ozie Lightner, 19, died on September 18, 1999 from injuries sustained in an automobile
accident.Born September 23,1979 to Ozie Leonard and Loraine Lightner in San Diego, California.
Ozie attended Salt Lake Community College, and loved basketball. He loved and will miss his little girl, Shanece and her mother,
Katrina.
He is survived by his daughter, Shanece; mother and father; sisters, Denisha and Komeka; grandmother, Mary Lightner; Aunt Linda Glasker, who was like a mother to him; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 22, 1999 at Calvary Baptist Church, 532 East 700 south. Friends may call at Evans & Early Mortuary, 574 E. 100 South, on Tuesday evening 7-8 p.m. and Wednesday, one hour prior to services at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Calvary Baptist building Fund.
