Our beloved daughter, Theresa, passed over to her Heavenly Father on the 13th of Jan, 2000.
She is survived by her mother, father, brother, sisters and grandmother as well as numerous nephews and nieces.Please make donations to American Diabetes Association in lieu of flowers.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2000 at Memorial Estates Mortuary (5850 S. 900 E.). Friends may call Monday, Jan. 17 at the Memorial Estates Mortuary from 6 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to services. Cremation will follow services.
