Philadelphia man allegedly shot and killed a neighbor who complained about where he was piling shoveled snow, police said Thursday. Louis Mockewich, 34, was charged late Wednesday with murdering Michael Kirkpatrick, 31, who lived behind his row house in southwest Philadelphia. Mockewich was shoveling snow in the back of his house and piling it up next to a Ford pickup owned by Kirkpatrick. The victim's father went outside to complain, and an argument began. When Kirkpatrick came out, Mockewich allegedly drew a pistol and shot him in the shoulder. The bullet passed through his chest.
