GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. -- A Blanding man died Wednesday in Grand Junction of injuries suffered in a Utah traffic accident Tuesday that claimed the life of his wife.

Killed was: Robert Laws, 41.Laws was injured about 5:30 p.m. on U-191 near mile marker 54, died at 10:15 a.m. at St. Mary's Hospital, a hospital spokesman said Thursday.

Laws was injured when his car was rear-ended by a pickup truck a few miles north of Blanding. The car was stopped in the middle of the highway.

Laws' wife, Renae Laws, 36, was killed in the accident.
