LEHI--<! > Edith Goates Singleton, died October 12, 2000 at the age of 95. She was born July 5, 1905 in Lehi, Utah to John and Winni-fred Glover Goates.
She was the sec-ond child in a family of five: Blaine, Thel-ma, Ruth, and John Ralph. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Kenneth Singleton, brother Blaine, and sister, Thelma.
Edith is survived by a son, Blaine (Doris) Singleton, Lehi; three daughters, Joyce (Russell) Walker, American Fork; JaLaine (Dee Ray) Russon, Lehi; and Kathleen (David) Bateman, Alpine; sister, Ruth Wing, and brother, John Ralph Goates, both of Lehi.
She also leaves behind 19 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2000 at 11 a.m. in the Wing Mortuary Chapel, 118 E. Main, Lehi, where friends may call Monday, 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday one hour prior to services.
Interment will be in the Lehi City Cemetery.
