Born Oct. 21, 1976, to Carl Gene Quilter, Sr. and Juelene Man-ning Quilter. Married Pamela Ford April 22, 2000.
Survived by wife; parents; sisters, Tera, Stacie, Mary; brother, Glen; son, Bradon; grandparents, Glen and Evelyn Quilter, and Coral Ann Warn-er.
