Reagan Lynn Jensen, the infant daughter of Michael Hughes and Stacie Jensen, passed away at birth on Dec. 18, 2000 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She is survived by her parents, Michael and Stacie; brothers, Mick and Ryan, all of Magna; grandpar-ents, LeRoy M. and Helen Jensen, West Valley; Terry and Deanne Anderson, Centerville.
Graveside services will be held Friday, Dec. 22, 2000 at 12 noon at the Bountiful City Cemetery.
