Julie Neider Selders, 47, of Murray, Utah passed away on December 6, 2000.

Julie was born on March 21, 1953 in Pocatello, Idaho. She

was raised in Tyhee until the age of 11 when her family moved to Chubbuck. She attended Tyhee Elementary School, Hawthorne Jr. and graduated from Highland High School in 1971. Julie was active in 4-H, student government and was cheerleader at both Hawthorne Jr. High and Highland High School. Following high school Julie moved to Washington, DC where she resided for ten years. Upon returning to the west, she pursued studies at the University of Utah where she obtained her Bachelors Degree in Education, specializing in the hearing impaired. She was employed as a teacher at the Utah School for the Deaf in Salt Lake City and later in the Pocatello School District.

Julie was a member of Highland Ward, Murray Parkway Stake where she currently was serving in the Primary Presidency. She has also served as the homemaking leader and nursery leader.

She is survived by her husband, Jack Selders and four sons, Lewis Neider Selders, Ross Neider Selders, Gabriel Selders and Matthew Selders. She is the daughter of the late Boyd Neider and is also survived by her mother, Donna Neider, Pocatello, ID, four brothers, Ken Neider, Idaho Falls; Mike Neider, Sandy, UT; Mark Neider, Pocatello, ID; Darryl Neider, New Canaan, CT; and, one sister, Andrea Neider Crowley, Fairfax, VA.

Services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, December 9, 2000 at the Murray Parkway Stake Building, 619 West 5750 South, Murray, Utah. There will be a viewing for family and friends at Memorial Estates, 6500 South 900 East, Murray, from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, December 8, 2000 and on Saturday one hour prior to services at the church.
