Carole Jeanne Delaney Eaton, completed her battle with cancer on February 23, 2000.
She was born, November 27, 1938 to John and Rose Lamper Delaney. Married Jay Eaton in August of 1956. Later divorced, they had five children.She loved oval track racing and especially watching her father, husband, sons, brother and grandsons compete. She also loved bowling, yard sales and thrift stores.
She is survived by her children, Jaylyn Thomas; James (LaNae) Eaton; Nancy Richardson; Nanette (Kelly)
Kiesel; Tracy (Mailynn) Eaton; brothers, Mike (Nancy) Chambers; Bryan Skipper Delaney; sister Margie Sturm; 14 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many wonderful friends.
Memorial Services will be held, Friday, February 25, 2000, 7:30 p.m. at the Cannon Mortuary, 2460 E. Bengal Blvd. (7600 So.), where friends and family may gather from 6-7:30 p.m. prior to the service. A celebration of her life will be held at Totems, 538 So. Redwood Road, following services.
