E. Wayne and Myrna PrattEmerson Wayne Pratt, 66, Cholla Ward, Phoenix Arizona Deer Valley Stake, called as president of the new Albuquerque New Mexico Temple, which will be dedicated March 5. President Pratt's wife, Myrna Jean Frazer Pratt, will serve as temple matron. President Pratt, a temple sealer and stake patriarch, served as regional welfare agent, stake president and bishop. A retail feed and pet store owner, he graduated from college with a bachelor's degree. He was born in Mesa, Ariz., to Emerson Wilcken and Margaret Irene Porter Pratt. Sister Pratt is a former stake Young Women president, counselor in stake Relief Society and Primary presidencies, ward Young Women president, and stake president. She was born in Boise, Idaho, to Ernest Howard and Myrtle Highley Frazer.

F. Rufino and Violeta Rodriguez

Felicito Rufino Rodriguez, 73, East Bay 2nd Ward, Provo Utah South Stake, called as president of the new Villahermosa Tabasco Mexico Temple, which will be dedicated March 26. President Rodriguez' wife, Violeta Lopez Escobar de Rodriguez, will serve as temple matron. President Rodriguez, a stake patriarch, has served as district president, stake president's counselor, and he and his wife have filled full-time missions in Nicaragua, Guatemala and Argentina. A retired public accountant and auditor, he graduated from the University of San Carlos in Guatemala. He was born in San Marcos, Guatemala, to Mariano and Mercedes Rodriguez. Sister Rodriguez is a former district and ward Relief Society president, and ward Young Women president. She was born in San Marcos, Guatemala, to Miguel Angel and Victoria Escobar Lopez.

Howard Gerald and Rea Lu Schmidt

Howard Gerald Schmidt, 69, Juarez 1st Ward, Colonia Juarez Mexico Stake, called as president of the new Oaxaca Mexico Temple. President Schmidt's wife, Rea Lu Brown Schmidt, will serve as temple matron. President Schmidt served as patriarch, mission president, counselor to stake president, high councilor, bishop, temple sealer, Sunday School teacher. A retired cattle rancher and fruit grower, he graduated from BYU. He was born in Lynhurst, Wis., to Eldor and Sarah Heins Schmidt.
