Our loving son, husband, father, brother, Veterinarian and friend, Dr. Rudy L. Jordan passed away on March 21, 2000.

Rudy was born on Nov. 11, 1961 in Champagne, Illinois, the oldest of four children. He grew up in Great Falls, Montana. Rudy served an LDS mission in Ft. Lauder-dale, Florida from 1981-1983. He marr-ied Julie Ann Luke on July 11, 1987. They were sealed with their children for time and all eternity in the Manti Temple on December 11, 1999. He attended Utah State University and Oklahoma State University where he studied Veterinary Science. Rudy graduated as the Outstanding Senior in the Class of 1991 with a Doctorate degree in Veterinary Medicine. He received the Dean McElroy award. Rudy practiced Veterinary Medicine in Bridgeport, Nebraska; Richmond, Utah and he has owned a veterinary practice with his wife in Beaver, Utah for the past five years.Rudy was an outstanding student, colleague and teacher to many. He enjoyed the challenges of Veterinary Medicine and excelled in all that he did.

Rudy enjoyed being with his wife and kids, reading and being outdoors, fishing, skiing, boating, and golfing.

Rudy is survived by his wife, Julie Ann Jordan; three children, Kalbie Lynn, age 6; Schyler Ann, age 4; and Rhett Allen, age 6 months; his parents, Harley and Wardene Jordan, Great Falls, MT; three siblings, Randy Jordan, Salt Lake; Renee Berg, Salt Lake; Ryan Jordan, Great Falls, MT; in-laws, Nick and D'Ann Luke, St. George, UT; brothers and sister-in-laws, Dave Luke, Dan Luke, Angie Hunt and Andy Luke; seven nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A very special thank you to Dr. Mitch Melling, Dr. Noal Robinson, Dr. Russ Gollard, Dr. Steve Lewis, and the staff at Dixie Regional Medical Center, Beaver Medical Clinic and Beaver Valley Hospital.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 25, 2000, 2 p.m. at the Beaver Stake Center at 1380 East 200 North, Beaver, UT, where friend and family may call from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Burial will be at the Beaver City Cemetery. Funeral directors: Peel Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Rudy L. Jordan Trust Fund at First Security Bank in Beaver, UT.
