Winston Max Ivory, 56 of Salt Lake City, died Tuesday, March 7, 2000 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Winn was born August 25, 1943 in Fountain Green, Utah, the son of Stanley S. and Faye B. Ivory. The family moved to Salt Lake City, where he resided the remainder of his life. He married Karen Dayton, August 4, 1967.He is survived by his wife; children, Mark, Stephen, and Katherine; grand-daughter, Katelin Moody; and grandson, Sebastian Ivory; his mother, Faye; brothers; James, and Don; sisters; Voniel (Donald) DeMill, and Carol (James) Archuleta. He was preceded in death by his father.
Winn worked for Albertsons for 40 years, never missing a day's work. He was a member of the LDS Church. He loved music, sports, his computer and spending time with his family. He was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2000 at 12 noon at the Imperial 2nd Ward, 1560 E. Atkin Ave. (2835 So.) Friends may call on Friday at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 255 South 200 East, Salt Lake City. from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday at the Ward, 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. Burial will follow in the Murray City Cemetery, 5490 So. Vine St.
In lieu of flowers donations will be accepted for the family at any Bank One branch.
