Heavenly Father is very kind and loving and has a special plan whereby families can be together forever.
"The Lord promises us, 'For mine elect hear my voice and harden not their hearts. I am the good shepherd and know my sheep. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.' "The fruit of the tree of life in Lehi's dream, chronicled in the Book of Mormon, "is the love of God, which sheddeth itself abroad in the hearts of the children of men; wherefore, it is the most desirable above all things."
Heavenly Father gently and peacefully placed in all human hearts the love of God before each person came to this earth.
There are three important ways to share this beautiful message of the Lord:
First, cultivate an awareness -- bring others to a knowledge.
Second, set a good example.
"President Hinckley taught us, 'The most effective tract we will carry will be the goodness of our own lives.' "
Third, act at a time when you feel the spirit.
"As we seek the Lord's elect earnestly and pray in faith, then the Lord will guide us. His elect will soon embrace the 'glad tidings of great joy,' to partake of the eternal and 'infinite atonement' of Jesus Christ."
Heavenly Father wants us to come home. Let us prepare to go to Heavenly Father's place.
