Garrison, Jr.
On April 3, 2000, Charles Elbert Garrison, Jr. was released from the physical pain with which he suffered for many years.He was born on February 12, 1955 in Kingsville, Texas to Esperanza Reyna Garrison and Charles Elbert Garrison, Sr.
He graduated from West High. He served in the US Navy and served a LDS mission in El Salvador. He attended UNLV and graduated with a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice.
He was employed by the US Border Patrol in CA Dept. of Defense in NV and until his illness, the VA Medical Ctr. in SLC. He was an accomplished locksmith, skilled private investigator and possessed a beautiful bass singing voice. He loved to sing and tell jokes.
He is survived by his precious children, Travis Trevelyn (19), Bethany Suzanne (15), Megan Marie (14), Evan Bradley (9), and a special stepson, Justin Randal (17). He is also survived by his father, Charles; his siblings, John Lee Garrison, Elizabeth Garrison and Ryan Garrison; plus many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his beloved mother and his sweet Grannie, Rosa Reyna.
Services will be held on Friday, April 7, 2000 10 am at Hunter 1st Ward (3665 So. 6000 W.) Friends and family may call Thursday, from 6 to 8 at Memorial Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East and on Friday from 8:45-9:45 a.m. prior to services at the church.
Interment following services at Mountain View Memorial Estates.
