A touch of light was extinguished with the passing of Fifita Mata'ila Kaufusi, May 10, 2000, 12:55 p.m.
Survived by a loving husband, nine biological children and many adopted children and 28 grandchildren. Her unconditional love and care touched the lives of many people. She will always be remembered by her family and all who knew her for her compassion, honesty and integrity. Mom was a wonderful, beautiful person who gave strength, love and reassurance to all who loved and knew her. We will treasure all your teachings until we meet again.She was taken from our lives, but not from our hearts. She will be dearly missed.
Funeral services will be held Monday, May 22, 2000 at 11 a.m. at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 So. Redwood Road. Friends and family may call Sunday evening from 7-10 p.m. Interment Redwood Memorial Estates.
