HELPER-- Loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and longtime friend, Harry Fox, Jr., age 72, died May 19, 2000 at his home.
He was born July 7, 1927 in Soldier Summit, Utah to Harry E. and Suzanne Castang Fox. Married Mildred "Millie" W. Radakovich, October 9, 1953 in Las Vegas, Nevada.Longtime resident of Carbon County, where he retired from D&RGW as a carman in 1986 with 39 years of dedicated service.
Served in U.S. Army during the Korean War. He enjoyed hunting, golfing, bowling and archery. Harry was affectionately known as "Mr. Fix-it" and he will be dearly missed by all.
Survived by his loving wife, Millie Fox, Helper; daughter and spouse, Michele (Keith) Utz, Stansbury Park; son Eric Harry Fox, Salt Lake City; sister, Mary F. Aagard, Nephi; brother, Quentin (Bob) Fox, Helper; sister and spouse, Faye F. (Bill) Branson, Helper; grandchildren, Melissa, Brandon, Shurina and Eric, Jr. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and a community of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, William Kent; and sister, Janece.
Funeral service Tuesday, May 23, 2000 at 11a.m. at Mitchell Funeral Home. Family will be at Mitchell's Tuesday one hour prior to services. Friends are welcome at Mitchell's daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Interment: Mountain View Cemetary, Helper.
