Beloved husband, father and son died May 5, 2000 after a long battle with diabetes.
Blake was born February 4, 1964 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Richard Olson and Shauna Nuesmeyer.He was very proud of his son, Andy, and enjoyed spending time with him.
He also enjoyed fishing, football, Nintendo and most of all, spending time with his son.

(Cori) Porter, Devin Porter, all of West Valley City; Tabor (Tiffany) Porter, Kearns; brothers-in-law, James (Rusty) Cain, Fallon, Nevada; Frederick Nuesmeyer III, Lamoille, NV; Kurt (Tony) Nuesmeyer, Kearns; sisters-in-law, Deborah (Patrick) Esposito, Spartanburg, South Carolina; Michelle (Dayne) Howell, Ferron, Utah.
Preceded in death by sister, Tamara Olson.
Funeral services will be Monday, 3 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home,4330 So Redwood Road where friends may call 1:30-2:45 p.m.
