MIAMI (AP) — A broken pipeline spilled millions of gallons of raw sewage into Biscayne Bay, prompting health officials to tell beachgoers to stay out of the water.
The Miami-Dade County Health Department advised people to avoid contact with the water along a 15-mile stretch of coast from Miami Beach to Cape Florida.
Officials said drinking water was not affected by the spill.
