Love Communications, a full-service advertising agency, has added Craig Lee as senior art director and ShaDell Garrett as office manager. Lee has eight years of experience as a graphic designer/art director. Garrett has experience in office administration and customer assistance.

The law firm of Parsons Behle & Latimer has seen some personnel changes. Steven Nichols has joined the firm, where he will focus his practice on intellectual property and technology law, emphasizing electrical and computer patent prosecution and litigation. Bryan Todd has joined the firm and will concentrate his practice on real estate transactions, development and financing.

Draper Bank has named Jada Enniss as training manager. She formerly worked at the bank as a customer service/sales training specialist.

Alan Ralphs has been named president of Zions Credit Corp., replacing Max Nichols, who has retired. The corporation is a subsidiary of Zions Bank and is a Western-based equipment leasing firm that offers leases on commercial equipment. Ralphs joined Zions as a vice president and manager of the bank's commercial leasing department in 1988.

FJCandN, a Salt Lake City-based branding firm, has hired Jamie Riccobono as project leader and Brooks Briggs as copywriter. Riccobono will help clients in the retail, transit and transportation industries. Briggs will assist clients who specialize in the travel, retail and banking industries.

McDonald Investments, a KeyCorp company, has hired Cheryl Cook as a senior vice president in the public sector group in Salt Lake City. She has 20 years of experience in public sector financing and has worked in a variety of government and financial industry positions.

Cornerstone Counseling Center, a nonprofit agency that provides domestic violence and substance abuse treatment and prevention services for low-income people, has made some personnel changes. Steven Kay, clinical psychologist, has been named to the newly formed position of adult clinical services director. Tracy Northfield, who previously was director of Cornerstone's substance abuse and violence prevention program, now is the center's child and adolescent services director. Also, two new therapists have joined the treatment staff: Rob Hunsaker, who will work with the adult substance abuse treatment team, and Janine Kasner, who will work with Cornerstone's youth substance abuse treatment program.

Gina Palmer-Douglas has joined the Salt Lake-based Razor as media director. She will handle placing newspaper, radio, TV, magazine, cable TV and outdoor advertising for the agency's clients.

Casey Kleinman has joined Access Development Corp. as director of sales and marketing. Debbie Barker also has accepted the position of executive assistant to Jim Elliott, the new president of the firm.

Camco Construction has hired Martin Christiansen as -construction project manager. In his position, Christiansen will oversee the construction of several types of projects including office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses and parking structures.

Douglas Davis has opened a new chiropractic office and practice in Draper. He graduated from the Palmer School of Chiropractic in Iowa in 1978 and has practiced in the Salt Lake area from that year until 1999, when he closed his previous office. His new Draper office will provide general chiropractic care for the entire family.

iBonZai, a membership club/organization providing Internet service, online shopping and satellite service, has made some personnel changes. The firm has named Jeff Raddatz as the new senior vice president of sales. He has 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Joining the firm is David Wayt, who has extensive training experience, will train independent dealers and agents of iBonZai sales. Scott Gutke, who has considerable technical and management experience, has been appointed executive vice president.

Linux NetworX Inc., a provider of large-scale cluster computer solutions for the Internet, industry and research fields, has appointed Richard Schuh as its chief operations officer. He will manage strategic growth, sales/profit forecasts and daily operations. Stephen Hill, a Salt Lake City attorney, has been named vice president of business development.

Evans & Sutherland has appointed Meredith Anderson to the position of vice president of marketing and communications. She will report to James Oyler, the firm's president and CEO. Anderson will be responsible for leading the company's investor relations, corporate communications and marketing functions.
