STAFFORD, N.J. — Comedian Jimmie "J.J." Walker's vehicle swerved into another car as he drove to a gig, sending the other driver and a passenger to a local hospital with minor injuries. Walker was unhurt.

Walker, 53, starred in the 1970s CBS sitcom "Good Times" and is known for his signature line, "Dyn-o-mite!"

According to a police report, he was driving to a performance in Long Beach Island on Tuesday when his vehicle swerved into the opposite lane and onto the shoulder, where it collided with another vehicle. Walker said he was reaching for something in his vehicle, police said.

Walker, who lives in Las Vegas, was cited for failure to maintain his lane, police said.
