On August 18, 2000 Frederick Wayne Garlock stepped into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, after a valiant battle with a malig-nant brain tumor.
Born in Los Angeles, CA May 29, 1951 to Jack and Minnie Gar-lock. Fred left loving memories for his sis-ters, Janet Andersen and Susan Munk.
Fred gave Robyn Lunak the beautiful gift of marriage Jan. 6, 1984. Together they received the blessing of their children, Rachel and Cade. Fred spent most of his early years in Cache Valley Utah and graduated from Sky View High School. After high school Fred joined the U.S. Coast Guard. He had many friends at his place of employment, Questar Gas. Fred loved fishing and camping and relaxing with his friends and family.
Fred was a sweet and gentle spirit who enjoyed life and laughter. He made each person he met feel special. We will miss him without end but take joy in knowing that he is healed at last.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tues. Aug 22, at the Southeast Baptist Church 1700 E. 7000 S., (Fort Union Blvd) Salt Lake City.
