It's a girl for Vicellous Shannon.
The actor, who starred opposite Denzel Washington in "The Hurricane" and Danny Glover in TNT's "Freedom Song," and his wife, Misty, welcomed their first child Saturday.
The 7-pound, 9-ounce Sierra Monet was born at an undisclosed Los Angeles hospital.
"Both mother and daughter are doing well," publicist Arnold Robinson said Monday. "Mr. and Mrs. Shannon are ecstatic about the new addition to their family."
