Moses Nai, 3, lays flowers at the former U.S. Embassy bombing site to mark the second anniversary of the Aug. 7, 1998, terrorist bombing of the embassy in Nairobi, Kenya. Nai lost his father in the explosion. The car bomb killed 213 people and injured more than 5,000. The U.S. is commemorating the blast by providing a grant of $2.73 million to rebuild the Ufundi Savings and Credit Cooperative Society building, which was destroyed in the blast. Seventeen people have been charged in the bombing.
