Amy Wilma Stevens Mucha, 74, of Orem, passed away September 22, 2000 in Provo, Utah.

She was born Dec 31, 1926, in Flatwoods, KY to Charles Henry and Nuna Lynd Stevens. She married Ralph F. Mucha July 1, 1945 in Kentucky. He preceded her in death two years ago. Amy was a avid reader and she also enjoyed handicrafts. She worked as an office manager and an accountant for W.T. Grant Co. and Parks Sportsman. She was a recent convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She is survived by a daughter, JoAnn (Barry) Kooyman, Salt Lake City; two grandchildren, Stacey Nielson, Salt Lake, Norman James (Jackie) Cole, Tooele; and four great-grandchildren, Jackie Nielson, Elizabeth Nielson, Dakota Hutsel, Weston Hutsel. She was also survived by two brothers, and two sisters. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Louise McComas.

Graveside services will be Tuesday Sept 26, 2000, 12 noon in the Orem City Cemetery. Friends may call at the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home, 646 E. 800 N, Orem, 10:45-11:45 a.m. prior to the graveside service.
