MCALESTER, Oklahoma (Reuters) — A man convicted of killing three grocery store employees was executed Tuesday by injection, an Oklahoma state prisons spokesman said.
Mark Andrew Fowler, 35, was pronounced dead at 9:07 p.m. CST, four minutes after receiving an injection of chemicals at a state prison in McAlester, Oklahoma Department of Corrections spokesman Jerry Massie said.
Fowler's accomplice, Billy Ray Fox, 35, is scheduled to be executed Thursday.
