Kathrine Burrell, daughter of Keith L. Burrell and Ada Mae Callister Burrell, passed away the morning of Oct 19, 2001.

Kathy was born in Murray, UT Oct 17, 1957. She lived a life full of happiness, ser-vice, and love for family. She touch-ed the hearts of all she knew. She graduated from Cyprus High School in 1976. She was recognized by the National Honor Society and was selected Granite School District's most outstanding student and received a scholarship. She graduated from Weber State University in May 1978 with her LPN degree. She practiced nursing for 21 years specializing in pediatrics, home healthcare and orthopedics. Her love of nursing reflected her passion for serving others.

She married G. Mark Ainsworth Oct 15, 1977 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple; later divorced. She was blessed with six children. Four of her own, Michael, Sarah Marie (David D.) Byron, Jake Keith, Clinton Kenneth; and two that she raised as her own, Gary Mark, and Lisa Kay (David) Flater.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She faithfully served all of her callings and especially enjoyed working with the Cub Scouts. She had a special place in her heart for the temple and was very close to her father in heaven.

Kathy is also survived by her father and stepmother, Keith and Mary Ann Burrell; four sisters; one brother; and four stepsisters. Preceded in death by her mother; and one brother, Michael Keith Burrell.

She will be remembered most for her contagious laugh, brilliant smile and beautiful personality. We'll miss you mom.

Services will be 12 noon Wed. Oct 24, 2001, Pleasant Green Chapel, 8739 W. 3000 S. Friends and family may call Tues. 6-8 p.m. at the Peel Funeral Home, 8525 W. 2700 S, Magna, and Wed. 11-11:45 a.m. at the church. Interment, Pleasant Green Cemetery.
