COLORADO SPRINGS — BYU senior tight end Doug Jolley has been named Mountain West Conference offensive player of the week after setting a league record with 177 yards receiving on a career-high 10 receptions in leading the Cougars (7-0, 3-0) to a 63-33 win over Air Force on Saturday.

Jolley caught three touchdown passes, all from 18 yards out, to become the first BYU player since 1992 to grab three scoring TDs in a contest. Jolley is the first tight end, and fourth BYU player, to capture player of the week honors this season.
