Princess Di's brother to wed his paramour

Charles Spencer, Princess Diana's brother, plans to marry his longtime girlfriend in December.

Spencer, whose acrimonious divorce from his first wife, Victoria Lockwood, made international headlines, will marry former schoolteacher Caroline Freud Dec. 15, the spokesman said Sunday.

Spencer, 36, has four children from his first marriage. Freud has two children from her marriage to Matthew Freud, who now is married to Elizabeth Murdoch, daughter of media baron Rupert Murdoch.

Spencer and his fiancée have known each other since they were students at Oxford University.
