CENTERVILLE - Arlene Van Wagoner Crabtree, passed away November 15, 2001 of heart failure.
She was born April 2, 1925 in Midway, Utah the daughter of Dean Delos and Ella Rose Johnson Van Wagoner. Married Clent Alfred Crabtree, Dec. 27, 1946. Solemnized, May 1, 1953 in the Salt Lake Temple.
Arlene was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. At the time of her death, she was serving as a missionary and sharing her belief with others in the Tacoma, Washington area.
Some of the ways her children and grandchildren describe her were: special angel, loving, caring, patient, loves to play games, loved the church.
Surviving are four children: Chris (Ron) Romer, North Ogden; Geri (Rick) Martinez, Murray; Linda Crabtree, Florida; Alan (Joan) Crabtree, Montana; four brothers and one sister: Bryce (June) Van Wagoner, E.J.
(Audrey) Van Wagoner, Brent (Riet) Van Wagoner, Gae Van Wagoner, Leon Van Wagoner; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Clent Crabtree; her son, Ricky Dean Crabtree; her sister, LaDene Martin; her father and both of her mothers.
Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Sat. November 24, 2001 in the Centerville Park Meadows Ward Chapel, 950 N. Main. Friends may call Friday Nov. 23 from 6-8 p.m. at the Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. and 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services at the church. Interment, Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park, Ogden, Utah.
