The caves and the trail at Timpanogos Cave National Monument are closed for the season. However, there is a way nature lovers can still enjoy the scenic beauty of the trail and cave — a new virtual tour of the monument is now online.
"We hope the virtual tour will be a way for people who can't make the hike to see all the beautiful views and explore the three caves," Suzanne Flory, chief of interpretation for Timpanogos National Monument, said. "The tour will also be a valuable tool for teachers and kids to learn about local geology,"
