Creative Color, a Salt Lake-based photographic and digital imaging company, has acquired Ferrari Color Inc. of Sacramento, Calif.
Financial details of the purchase were not disclosed.
Ferrari Color and Creative Color will continue to operate as separate entities, the companies said in a statement. They will share products and technologies.

Creative Color specializes in digital imaging services such as trade show graphics, exhibit images, museum prints and fleet graphics. The company is known for its building-size wraps of Utah Jazz players John Stockton and Karl Malone, which have hung at the Delta Center for the past six years during the NBA playoffs.
